The Fourth Annual Global Men's Summit with a focus on Fatherhood
Silver Storic is a visionary leader and the founder of "Awaken the Sleeping Lions and Courageous Leadership," a groundbreaking leadership program for men, and "Unshakable Confidence," a method dedicated to improving men's mental health born from the necessity to find a solution to his own thirty-five-year battle with mental health issues.. This period of introspection, immobilization, depression and subsequent understanding of why men take their own lives was transformative, leading him to leave Scotland and his established career behind. Embracing a path of self-discovery, Silver traveled the world, delved into co-authoring "Better Business, Better Life, Better World" and "The Edge of Connection, How to Have Incredible Sex, Love, and Radical Truth," and dedicated himself to men's work and leadership. Involved in men's work for over eight years through participating in and facilitating groups and workshops, he has become a mentor and confidant to fatherless men. Silver's journey includes becoming a father at forty-nine, a pivotal moment that was essential to deepen his understanding of manhood.

Nils Elzenga is a coach (qualified Co-Active Coach, certified Circling Coach), breath worker (certified through ademenstem.nl) and guide. In Nils's own words: I teach circling online and offline. I run a group training for men. I published a book about my long healing journey with my father, and am working on a new one about my self-actualization process. Perhaps best of all, I’m parenting a gorgeous baby daughter together with my woman, the love of my life. My mission is to help people rewild back into their true nature, shedding the burdens of their past and building roadmaps to blossoming futures. I’m committed to keep sharing whatever valuable I (un)learn about myself as widely as possible. Witnessing my mother die of brain cancer was so painful that I dissociated from the overwhelming emotions. I disconnected from my body and sought refuge inside my mind - although I didn’t realize it at the time. My father was too devastated, and my sister too young to offer support. My father fits the archetype of the emotionally Absent Father, so for a long time I didn't want to become a father myself, for fear of passing on trauma. My relationship with him has ameliorated since I'm a father myself, since we are equal now. My daughter is now 20 months old.
Patrick Nugent is the Owner & Founder of The Conscious Fatherhood; NLP and Empowerment Coach at Patrick Nugent Coaching he is from from Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Speaking on: 1) Breaking the chain of generational conditioning. 2) The importance of finding your tribe 3) Seeing LIFE through the lens of your child He is a Certified NLP Practitioner and Time Line Therapist, Men’s Empowerment Coach, Founder of The Conscious Fatherhood and men’s community group Fathers For Change. In Patrick's words: Becoming a father for the first time while living in a foreign country with no support network put me in a position where I grew up real quick. Returning home I quickly realized the loneliness that fatherhood can bring. I created Fathers For Change as a way to connect with other dads in my situation. This vision grew into a space where fathers from all over have come together to share their stories, speak into their challenges, circle up and build lifelong MATEships. All fathers deserve a chance to be heard, seen and know their worth in their family and community environments. Having three young boys now has shifted my priorities into serving my community, the fathers in my circle and creating a safe and loving environment for my boys and future generations to know that it isn’t weak to speak. I live by the mantra of NO FATHER LEFT BEHIND.
Topics covered by Brian: 1) How a father's love can help a child overcome hardships and adversities 2) How must lead his children by example You can learn more about Brian and follow him at https://www.instagram.com/the_dedicatedafdad/ I am a proud son, a loving husband, and a dedicated father. Six years ago, I began my journey to being a Father's advocate as I watched my beautiful daughter being born into this world. In the past six years, I have faced many trials, tribulations, slips, stumbles, and victories that have made me the man and father I am today. In today's world, I spend my time, energy, passion, and effort to reach out to parents, especially fathers, to be better for our children. Children are our worlds most beautiful creations and I want the fathers of this world to find the courage to stand up and fight for a better world for our sons and daughters because that is what our children deserve. I am the proud grandson of a German immigrant who came to this country in 1930 for a better life, and for a future family. My grandfather passed onto me and members of my family the message of "family is everything" and that is something I hold dear to my heart, still to this day after his passing years ago. I am the proud son of a father that has always believed in me, who has shown me how to be the man I am today, and who still continues to show me a father never stops loving his children. Together with my father, and other family members, we run an incredible successful Warehousing business that landed us an award for Top 50 fastest growing companies. I am very proud of my father for all his hard work establishing the company I know help him run today. I nave had great men show me the way into manhood, fatherhood, and to being a leader. I pay tribute to them and honor them by continuing their voices and passion by using my voice to encourage and guide both young, and older fathers, to being the best versions of themselves for their children. Our world needs fathers to stand up for their children and themselves now more than ever. Let us all stand together as fathers and show the world that our love for our children cannot and will not be silent, but loud and thunderous for all future generations to hear.

Simon Rinne is a Social Worker from Australia who helps men with OCD, Depression, and is an Anxiety Specialist. He challenges the social constructs of what it means to be a man working through OCD and shares with us how mindfulness can be used as a guide to mental recovery. In the words of Simon: I'm a husband and father of two from Queensland's Sunshine Coast. I am passionate about men’s mental health and inspiring men to get help before its too late. Having lived with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety and burnout over the past 30 years, I understand what it’s like to be unwell and to hide the pain under a mask of masculinity. I hid my mental illness for 20 years, and 2022 marks 10 years since I first got help for mental illness. These days, I use my pain with purpose – to fuel my passion for supporting men with their mental health through my therapy business, Mindful Men.
